how to make delicious cookies

I am here again talking about food, but not any food , I am talking about cookies, cookies that children enjoy eating, cookies that I enjoy cooking, and relaxing like I told you in another hub.

Now I decided to show an easy recipe that I found, and that I tried it. it is a lemon tea cookies

Lemon Tea Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup of butter or magarine

3/4 cup of sugar

1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel

1 teaspon baking podwer

1/4 teasponn baking soda

1 eggs

1/3 cup of milk

2 teaspoon lemon juice

13/4 cups all purpose flour

1.- In a large mixing bowl beat the butter or margarine with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add the sugar, lemon peel, baking powder, and baking soda. Beat till combined scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Beat in egg, milk, and the lemon juice till combined. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer, Stir in remaining flour.

2.- Drop dough by rounded teaspoon, 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350* Fahrenheit oven for 10 a 12 minutes or till edges are lightly browned. Transfer cookies to a wire rack an let cool. Make about 48 cookies
